About Grievance

A grievance is a formal complaint by a student regarding any aspect of their university experience, such as academic disputes, discrimination, or facilities issues. Examples include unfair grading, inappropriate behavior by staff or students, and inadequate classroom facilities.

Grievance Procedure

1. Informal Resolution - Try to resolve the issue informally by discussing it with the person involved or a faculty/staff member.
2. Formal Submission - If the issue is not resolved, complete the Grievance Form and submit it to the grievance office.
3. Review and Investigation - The grievance committee will review your submission and conduct an investigation if necessary.
4. Resolution - You will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.
